The tool used for this research was a questionnaire. It was the first time about the six elements of website design, content, forums, customization, communication, and commerce that influenced trendy shopping. In addition, the questionnaire included questions about the needs of customers to participate in design. The design mentioned in this study was divided into four aspects: clothing type, clothing elements, clothing details, and collaboration tools. This study used five levels of the measurement category scale and its content was confirmed by three experts and the item objective overlap index or IOC was confirmed. Finally, before the formal data collection, 30 copies of the exam questionnaire were distributed. The validity of the instruments was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha analysis, which was considered as a scale reliability scale.

After analysis, Cronbach's alpha was 936 for elements of web design and 971 for customers' needs to participate in design. As both variables were greater than 70, this indicates that there is internal consistency in the instrument. The questionnaire contains 18 questions about web design elements (Table 1) and 26 questions regarding the need of customers to participate in design (Table 2).
